        I just took part in a free Hatha yoga session. Mats, cushion and blankets provided. Top rate teaching provided with adjustments, breathing techniques and meditation exercises. Very clean and friendly place. I am looking forward to going there again.

        This is a different type of Yoga School where the teachers themselves are humble and acknowledge that they themselves are learning new things every day. I am honoured to be part of a such a school and I can see great things happening in the future for mine and the school's spiritual progress.
