Some of the classes are very good, and it's great to have an affordable membership and flexibility of venues. Unfortunately, the studio closest to me (E&C) does always feel very cramped, and there aren't many classes that are suitable for all at ideal times. For someone who has to go the office most days of the week, the morning classes are just too late, and some of the evening classes (e.g. Rocket Yoga) can feel quite inaccessible and intimidating for people who can't do all the inversions, meaning there is a limited number of classes I can really attend.

Great teachers and diversity of classes. Love the flexibility of being able to go to different studios in London and have different experiences.

MoreYoga is my favourite place! I have been going for the last two years and love it. The Pilates classes with Claire at E&C are the absolute best; she is the kindest and most encouraging soul!

Pretty-looking studio, well set out for logging in and getting set up on the mat. Its affordable, local and pulls a young crowd. I attend for a Yin class thats well taught. Other classes seem alright for a drop-in/top up type class if youve already got a good grounding in yoga.

Haven't been for a while due to an injury and now being asked for a Drs note. To save sharing personal details with a yoga practice (!!), I shared screenshots of dates and details of upcoming surgery. I was told they have to have a Drs note stating I cannot practice. Doesn't take a lot to understand a shoulder injury and subsequent surgery means you cannot practice yoga!? Absolutely appalled. Before I had to pause my membership it wasn't that great, one regular instructor just talked most of the time and was awful. Only reason I've kept it going is because some classes are good and it's next door. And now they've increased class sizes and I hear it can be awful with little space to practice.
