Very good service, people who put bad reviews expect over the top assistance with visas, something they will not get from any country. Staff is polite, clear and to the point.

To all those commenting on staff rudeness/politeness: this office is run in a very militaristic style. The staff receive no formal customer service training and are hard pressed to meet their daily processing targets. This results in somewhat inconsistent customer experience. My advice is to manage your expectations. Also, be warned that when filling the personal details section in the main application form you must provide your email address and a working telephone number, even though these fields are not marked with an asterisk. A failure to do so will at best result in you being asked for the password to access and edit your online application.
