Recently had an event where my car needed tyre replacement and I called for support. At this moment I was request to pay an extra of 80 for support. I had spent 400 over the years with this company to then pay anyway when needed support. The T&C were thrown in our face to "explain" the extra payment and not very kind support.
DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
