Had my new home snagged in June 2021 by Kevin, lovely person but thought more could be done in identifying major snags. A majority of the snags identified were minor and paint related. There was no mention of more important snags such as the en-suite pipes not being fit correctly, leading to a leak or the front door not being fit properly, leaving a cold draft in the later winter months. I have invited the team to reply in email but have had no response.
