Be extremely careful before taking out a subscription with Prospect CRM! If you want to cancel you are tied into 12 month contract even though you pay per month! So you can end up paying 000's for something youre not even using! Staff were helpful and it may work for some businesses although its very cumbersome and complex compared to other versions on the market.

There are plenty of choices for CRM on the market today, actually making the options a bit chaotic to control for a beginner. Having used several other similar packages, I have to say Prospect really takes overall advantage for flexibility and ease of use. This software is a perfect tool for all levels, creating an easier process to showcase results without having to worry about extensive training.

Be very aware of their terms and conditions. They make is very hard to cancel your subscription.

We use Prospect for our daily CRM activity (we are a small privately owned food manufacturer) and it has been so easy to transfer data from Capsule, and we can now run our front office sales from it. Initial teething aside, it does what is required and is very good value.
