        Cant say enough about this wonderful company. Amazing service. I drove my machine over from Ireland with no advance notice and In one day they fixed my machine. They are very customer oriented and helpful overcoming the issues caused by Brexit. Thanks Rachel and Alan.

        So far, so good. Annoying a machine we've not had for long is broken, but they've ask for videos to try to fix it remotely. Sadly going to have to send it back, but so far, so good.

        I have used this company every time I have needed help with My Bernina 790 the Customer Service, sales in London and Wales and Switzerland has been the most outstanding Service I have ever received from a Company World Wide, So helpful never charged me for the Support. When I ordered supplies they always arrived the next day. An outstanding Company to Deal with. I have not been paid or asked to leave feedback.
