City Apartments

The appartement was spotless. We stayed 2nights to celebrate the new year ( 31st and 1st ) no noise. It was very peaceful which made it easy to fall asleep. The location is perfect not far from the underground or bus stops and easy walking distance from the central of London.Everything is with in walking distance which is fab when you have lovely weather. We were really pleased of our stay and we recommended this place.

Hard to give a 'fair' star rating. On the plus it was clean, had cooking facilities, comfy bed, Wi-Fi and everything worked. On the other side of the coin the walls are thin a coughing neighbour or chatting neighbors might just as well be sharing with you and the plumbing noisy and the toilet flushes and other ablution noises are petty frequent from 2100 to 0500 and on to 0800 The shower did produce adequate water to wash under but no more than the minimum adequacy, the cubicle is small enough to only admit standing and establishing the right temperature was a challenge. With light switches remote from the bed the Lack of a bedside light isn't some thing one should have to ask to be fixed but it was fixed when requested albeit the next day. If smoking isn't allowed then some guest (s) choose to ignore it All in it's hard to say if the balance is fair given the price of most alternatives in the same area. It isn't a natural choice for me to return to but not is finding a commensurate alternative easy
