We stayed at Malmaison for one night as a secret getaway and I have to say, it was incredible! From the moment you step inside, you are made to feel so very special. Our room was fantastic and the staff even took notice of a bespoke request I had asked for. Will we go back? Yes absolutely, I think it'll be a yearly adventure for us. Hats off the Staff they are a credit to the hotel.

One night stay for business and overall very pleased. I didnt have food at the hotel so only reviewing the room. Pros: - Excellent reception staff, very friendly and helpful - Spotlessly clean room, good temperature, small but nicely decorated, comfortable bed -Nice bathroom with lovely toiletries. I appreciated the eco theme of the room as large refillable bottles are provided instead of single use plastic bottles. This also means no slippers, bathrobe, toothpaste etc. so make sure to bring your own. Cons: - relatively thin walls so you can expect some noise especially if you are near the stairs or lifts. However the hotel appears to be a refurbished listed building so any similar hotels would have the same problem.
