        The woman just hung up the phone on me, they are not here to help. She had a noisy background and didn't seem to be able to deal with it. Don't think hunging up on customers is a quality solution.

        Absolutely dreadful! They have zero customer service, you call and leave a message and they dont return the call. When you eventually get through to talk to someone they show you a property, then waste your time to tell you its no longer available whilst youre standing in the property! The worst people to deal with are Dean who acts like hes allergic to picking up a call and Andrew who makes promises he cant keep! Andrew, just keep quiet no one asked for false promises! I ended up renting from someone else. Wouldnt recommend these people to someone to an enemy if I had one, theyre THAT BAD! AVOID!

        40,000 in savings, working full time, they refuse me to rent a 400 room because my contract says zero hours. I have been working non-stop for more than 1 year, doing more than 40 hours a week. Very rude the lady who called me by the way . TO AVOID , fake positive reviews.
