James is extremely knowledgeable, 'on-it', has outstanding sales skills, and has great contacts with workmen/plumbers/electricians to sort out any issue that may arise in the property. His colleagues, Sophia and Claire, are also exceptional! Basically, everything about JSE is top quality, the team guided and helped me get out of a 'landlord nightmare' situation, with great ease. It has been a pleasure working with JSE in getting our property let out. We are fairly new to letting and are living abroad and luckily the process with JSE has been very straight forward and smooth. JSE provide an excellent level of service at very competitive prices. Communication has been great - always very open, proactive and quick - usually we had an answer within minutes! We also very much appreciate that JSE works as a one-stop-shop with James recommending a great contractor for refurbishing the property and calling-out for even the smallest jobs. The service has been excellent so far. James is always available and literally replies instantly to queries and emails. His knowledge and experience has been very reassuring and we definitely made the right decision to go with an independent and fully committed agent.
