The nachos always come burnt and recently we have noticed the quality of our food deteriorating, the last time I ordered a pizza from here I was quite gobsmacked to find hair in my nachos, then putting them to one side lifted a slice of pizza to find yes, hair in my pizza too.
I'm not particularly sure what is going on in this branch, but it seems like the owners have lost their passion and are banking purely on Dominos branding (being a franchise)
I spoke to their head office and launched a formal complaint, whom seemed about as interested in the store itself in resolving the issue, made to seem like it was my fault.
Anyway the FSA have taken interest and are happy to have had my report.
Judging by what others have been saying sadly i wish i had just avoided this franchise but obviously won't be ordering from here anymore.
Best avoided.
