Would definitely recommend Oitoo... the facilities are amazing . Private changing rooms, water, fresh towels. I was having a problem with my back and a shoulder, but after a couple of sessions and some rehabilitation exsersices at home I'm almost like new...

What a lovely group of people! After arriving at The South Place Hotel, I was directed to the gym on the 1st floor. The Changing rooms are well equipped with large showers and an ample supply of towels. The added bonus is there is free use of the sauna and steam room which is great following the sessions. There is also free bottled water and fruit on offer. I was signed into gentle yoga with Lauren Wilkie who alongside the other trainers at Oitoo they are all excellent/ qualified and friendly. Too often these group sessions are run by trainers with limited knowledge or fitness qualifications. Lauren was lovely and the gentle yoga was great for a beginner like me. Lauren is warm and friendly and will not push you beyond your limits. This class is great for aiding mobility and rejuvenating your body and mind. The class sizes are small and therefor you get great attention and are not left in a corner doing your own thing.
