    I have been training with Chris for almost a year with the intention of improving general fitness levels and getting a hefty dose of endorphins. He will correct you often (almost annoyingly) to improve form and technique and to avoid injury. He's easy to communicate with, generous with his time, always offers you a coffee should you desire it, and will occasionally indulge your cheesy taste in music if youre in need of a pick-me-up. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs, so in my case, we devote some portions of the session to postural exercises while the rest is focused on obliterating either my upper body, legs, or full body. In other words, if youre looking for Defcon 1, you will get Defcon 1. Sessions are planned out beforehand and amended according to your preferences and physical abilities. He is very dependable (and flexible provided you give him due notice) and will offer nutritional advice or draw up a full diet plan if youre looking to lose weight, tone up, bulk up, or simply get healthy. Chris is good-natured, maintains a consistent positive attitude, and always ensures the next session is one to look forward to.

    We training together for almost a year, before I moved to another country because of my job. While most of the training was in the middle of a pandemic it was really helpful that Chris always was flexible and accommodating to my personal needs. He had no problem coming to train at different locations over London or at the park (despite London's winter weather!) . He certainly is knowledgeable and not only helped me with my training but also designing a diet in accordance with my goals. Overtime I saw material improvements, in particular loosing weight and gaining muscle mass...but more importantly feeling healthier and stronger. Could not recommend him enough!

    I trained with Chris after the last lock down, in 3 months I lost quite a lot of fat (over 10 kg) I gained during the winter and gained a good amount of lean mass at the same time. If you want to improve your physique he is the right trainer for you

    Chris took time to understand my fitness goals and built a training and Nutrition plan to match my objectives. Chriss vast knowledge of training techniques meant that he was demonstrating and explaining the purpose of each exercise very clearly. During our sessions, Chris enthusiasm and pleasant and motivational personality made the sessions positive and fun and motivated me carry on with my fitness goals on longterm. I recommend Chris as PT to anyone no matter than their fitness goals are for fun work out with quick end results.
