    I saw Sal on TikTok and met with him to talk about my fitness journey. I was a little hesitant because I live in the US, but apart from the language barrier ( LOL ), it has been a great experience!! We meet once a week, I send him videos of my workouts so we can keep up my pace. He send me notes on my workouts & we talk about my eating habits. He keeps me honest and is so positive with my results. I would definitely recommend Sal!!

    I have been listening to Sal on Tik Tok and I wish I could get to his gym more often. I am 68 and had a heart attack when I was 61. Sal's no B.S. advice and coaching skills have been a huge benefit to my program. He gets me. I want to live long and healthy and Sal will tell you how to get it done. Thanks Sal!

    I'm certain that you're reading this review because either you're not getting any results or you're concerned that you're using incorrect techniques and are afraid of sustaining injuries. We all hit the gym and become Lemmings. We just follow everyone else regardless of their techniques. Sal will assist you in improving your techniques and form. As he corrects your bad habits, you'll observe that 75% of gym-goers are making the same mistakes that you used to make. Sal is highly dedicated to his clients. When I was struggling with the proper form for Deadlifts, he spent more than 30 minutes working with me to ensure that I got it right. And knowing you have the correct technique and form builds your confidence in the gym. You might be under the impression that Sal's services are costly and beyond your budget. I, too, once thought that hiring a personal trainer would be prohibitively expensive, so I hesitated to inquire. However, Sal offered me a complimentary consultation. As someone who works in sales, I understand that nothing is truly free in life. I was concerned that the consultation would involve high-pressure sales tactics, but I wanted to learn more and observe how Sal would approach the sales process. To my surprise, Sal kept his promise and didn't employ any high-pressure tactics during our consultation. He explained how he could assist me and the various payment options available. If you're someone who can afford to indulge in daily Starbucks runs or frequently orders food delivery services like Doordash or Postmates, you can certainly afford Sal's services. It's been 6 months since I started training with Sal, and I haven't regretted a single moment. The workout system he has in place is simple to follow and keeps you motivated. I strongly endorse Sal and Red Pill Fitness - you won't be disappointed.
