Delighted with the quality of the work delivered by uPVC Spray works. From start to finish a professional service with excellent attention to detail. The team clearly take pride in their work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They have given a new lease of colourful life to boring white windows and doors in exactly the shade we wanted. In truth, you can't tell it's a spray finish and not the original manufactured colour. Thank you ! Services: Door painting, Exterior painting, Spray painting

Cut corners due to being one man on-site pressed for time. Hung cupboard on wonky and one without handle on. Then sprayed the fronts. This meant inside every cupboard my food, baby equipment and kitchen bits were ruined. Dining take ruined after 3 cleans this (black) was the outcome. Had sales team pressuring for money before bloke left site but I was at work and hadnt even seen the kitchen. Bombarded with numerous calls and texts. When I sent sales team (lots more photos) including our walls which paint had sprayed onto they offered 100 off price. Really upset felt sorry for bloke who did the work as he worked full hours with no breaks, which ultimately I feel force him to take short cuts. Would not recommend unless they employ sufficient people to complete the job properly! Service: Cabinet painting

Very pleased with my sprayed front door done by UVPC Spray Works. Couldn't afford a new door so decided to improve the look of our house by having front door sprayed. So glad I found this company. My door looks great. It was a horrid white boring door that did nothing for the house. It now looks like a new door in Dusty Grey and has made our cottage look so much smarter and prettier and once I add new door furniture will look even better. The chap that did it was very nice and the whole process was done and door dry in a few hours without any inconvenience to us. Simple and efficient and brilliant result. If you're thinking of getting your old uvpc doors or windows sprayed I'd recommend UVPC Spray Works and there are masses of lovely colours to choose from. Service: Door painting

We decided to use this company despite receiving a significantly cheaper quote from a competitor (1600 vs. 2500). When I raised this with them, they said that they had received a lot of complaints about the other company with issues such as paint peeling. I was sufficiently convinced that the extra cost would, therefore, be worth it. We were having our conservatory style extension sprayed internally and externally. In total the process took 2.5 days. The final look was great but there were a couple issues it is worth keeping in mind. While the windows were masked and the floor underneath had a dust sheet placed on it, no precautions were used to keep the inevitable paint dust from migrating (eg a plastic sheet hung to divide the space). The conservatory is at the back of our open plan kitchen/living room. While we had moved everything to the other end of the room, the lack of care taken meant that our entire downstairs was coated with a thin layer of paint dust. We had to throw out any open food containers due to concern paint dust had permeated them and scrub the entire downstairs. Had we known this was to be an issue we would have better prepared for it so hopefully this will help others considering this service. That said, I would have expected, for the cost, significantly more care to be taken and the most obvious mess to be cleaned as part of the service. There was also overspray on the windows and walls. Luckily the walls were due to be painted but if youre not planning this, be aware of the risk. I note the website boasts that spraying is a no mess no dust option and that really wasnt our experience. It is now around 5 weeks since the work was completed. We loved the finished look so, despite feeling the overall service had been lacking, hadnt planned to mention this in a review. However, we now have a number of chips in the paint around the handle, base of the doors and outside. I have reached out to the company and been advised the warranty doesnt cover these as these are areas impacted by footfall/regular use. I do wish this had been made clear prior to booking. While I appreciate that these areas will mark more quickly, it does make me question the overall value if the paint appears chipped within just a few weeks of spraying. I raised this with the company and while they were very prompt in their responses, essentially they have just repeatedly told me that the problems were experiencing are common on door handles and are not covered by their warranty. Its not clear to me where this is explained to prospective customers. They have offered to come out for free in respect of the issues I mentioned on overspray but we had already addressed these and had not taken photos of the mistakes which they insisted on. Would strongly advise photographing all issues in case needed in future. They have suggested we buy a small tin of the paint used to touch up chips on these frequently used areas which is what we will do. Overall, our extension certainly looks better than before and it is obviously significantly cheaper than replacing everything. I would just say to be aware of the mess and the limitations, particularly if youre having doors or other areas youre going to have regular contact with sprayed as these are likely to chip and will not be covered by the warranty.
