Firstly the communication and service provided to me has been outstanding. Lots of questions answered & lots information about the product was given to me pre-purchase. The explorer plus is an absolute joy to own and ride! It is worth every penny, If your indecisive about which scooter to go for Id chose this over any scooter on the market, for the price point the complete package is unbeatable, the power is ultimate, the ride comfort, handling, braking and suspension is just too good, its ridiculous This scooter has very fast charging and great battery life, the chargers turn off once fully charged so no chance of overcharging or wasting electric. If youre in the market for an E-scooter - I would 100% recommend this company. And secondly Id recommend getting this mega beast the Explorer plus 13 8000watts - Josh
