I am delighted by the support and help received as part of therapy completed with Gordon Matthews. It offered both pragmatic steps to help over come my phobia as well as tackle the underlying issues causing problems in the first place. Only 2 session were required to build my confidence in overcoming my bodies ability to completely shut down when attempting to have my blood taken, with a 3rd session to help 'lock' in the positive experience of overcoming this issue. Given the dramatic and rapid change in my ability to deal with this issue, it also left time to discuss other issues that Gordon has offered practical steps to try and tackle. I can not recommend this service enough, and the hospital I was having my blood taken at also requested Gordon's details to try and help others with similar issues.

I had a very positive experience at the Clerkenwell Group. Gordon was brilliant, I felt so relaxed and it was very easy to talk to him about my anxiety around public speaking. After one session I noticed a big difference. I would definitely recommend treatment here to friends.

I had an excellent experience at The Clerkenwell Group, I really wish I had got hypnosis years ago. I felt relaxed and at ease with Gordon straight away, I went to get hypnosis for low self esteem and anxiety. This experience has made a huge difference to my life, I used to think very negatively and be very stressed, I now feel significantly calmer, more relaxed and far more positive about the future. I would definitely reccommend going to The Clerkenwell Group, I saw Gordon who really does his best to help you and make you feel at ease. Going to The Clerkenwell Group has had a very positive impact on myself and my life.
