        Gemma is a wonderful teacher. She provides all the relevant information in a clear and easy to understand manner, and she's very patient and caring with questions, etc. Grateful to have found the Meditation Trust to learn TM. Would highly recommend to anyone.

        An amazing experience and now a life long journey! The course itself was taught so well by Gemma and I feel like I fully understood the mechanics and theory behind the practice. The practice itself its just so simple yet so powerful - even after a few days I feel like a completely different person. Thank you so much !
