I have just returned from Istanbul following breast augmentation surgery with Maya Medical. I was extremely anxious to travel alone but I just wanted to say what an amazing experience Id had from start to finish. My surgeon was Dr Ugur Horoz who has done an exceptional job. All the staff that I met (Yagmur, Havva, Melisa) are so so lovely and cant do enough to help. Everything was so well organised, the hospital was so clean, the staff are attentive and always 3 steps ahead. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering breast augmentation surgery. I did 12 months of research and I know going through the internet to find first hand reviews / accounts can be difficult which is why I wanted to share my experience.

I had a breast augmentation with Maya Medical and I cannot be happier not only with the result but also the care from start to finish. Even 2 months post op I am still in regular contact with their care navigators checking in on me! I travelled with my mum ( who like any mother to a 21 year old girl was sceptical and wary of the procedure) however by the end of our stay said she was blown away and has even looked into travelling back herself for treatments! Havva the nurse was INCREDIBLE and so knowledgeable, also Yagmur was extremely nice and helpful. Both are total credits to the company. If I could give them more stars I would. Thank you so much :)

I travelled from the UK to Istanbul, to have an breast uplift with implants, with Maya Medical Solutions. I am a 21 year old female and I travelled alone. My first point of contact with Maya was with Dilara, who is an absolute angel! She was very helpful from the beginning and answered any questions I had! Dilara is very polite and always goes the extra mile. When I arrived in Istanbul my transfers were ready to transport me from the airport to the hotel. The following morning I met my patient coordinator Yagmur. Yagmur was absolutely amazing, she is so friendly and a great person to have a conversation with. Her English is amazing, and she is also very stylish and beautiful. Yagmur travelled with me in the private transport to the hospital where I met my surgeon. Dr Ugur Horoz, who I have already wrote an in-depth review about, he is an extremely professional and caring man. The hospital was clean, and the staff were also lovely friendly women, they checked up on me regularly and always helped me with whatever I needed. Theyre was a slight language barrier however we used Google translate to overcome this! The day after my surgery I met my nurse Havva, who again is an caring and beautiful lady who speaks amazing English. Havva transported me back to the hotel and helped me settled in. The following day Havva came back in the morning to check my vitals and change the dressings on my breast incisions, Yagmur also visited me this day to check that I was well. The day before my flight I went with Yagmur to visit Dr. Horoz for a final check before I came back home and once again everyone was so professional and helpful. Ultimately my experience with Maya medical has been superb, the staff are beyond amazing, and the accommodation I stayed in was absolutely beautiful!! To this day Dilara, Yagmur and Havva are still checking up on me I cannot commend them enough! If you are travelling to Turkey for surgery please consider Maya medical, they go above and beyond with customer service and keeping you safe,happy and well! Thank you so much to Dr. Horoz, Dilara, Yagmur, Havva and the nurses at hospital you are all amazing and have provided me with an exceptional experience! I am already planning to return in a couple of months!!
