I would never want this to happen to someone else, I never write reviews about anywhere, however I booked into this spa, for my birthday and the bank holiday weekend. I called to make the booking a few days before, for massage and file and paint. The owner Galia of the company asked for full payment up front over the phone of 80.00. I asked if I could pay a deposit and pay the rest once I had the treatment. On Arrival to the spa, Galia came out and said she that I was booked in for massage and she wanted the rest of the payment now. I said could I pay after the treatment, Galia said that she wanted the payment now and if I did not pay it I would not be able to have the treatment. She then said she would refund me the deposit and not do the treatment. I was quite shocked as her manner was aggressive and she seem to have a hatred towards me. An accepted the refund and spoke with the management at the hotel in which the spa in situated. The manager of the hotel was lovely and very helpful, she said to come down and speak with Galia to see if we could go ahead with the massage. The rest of what happened must be the rudest and most embarrassing experienced ever and I wish I had not gone back down the stairs. The hotel manger said that she wanted to see I could get a massage and Galia said that she refuse to see me. She said that I was rude, disrespectful and not able to have the treatment. She said that I had refused to pay up front and she would not carry out treatment without full payment. She said that I was not welcome there. I was very sad and upset and felt like a total waste of journey. I was looking forward to the massage all week and so sad that I could not have it. I would tell you to avoid this place as the lady who dealt with me was the owner.

DO NOT BOOK VIA WOWCHER. Appaling customer service. Appaling booking system. Complete breakdown of communication. They make a booking, cancel, rebook and then tell your voucher has expired and they can't honour it. They won't confirm anything in writing. They don't record phone calls, ring you from a private number and deny previous conversations. Much better deals elsewhere.

Amazing Glacial Shells treatment, left feeling relaxed, light and toned. Hot and Cold shells used feel great on your skin. Brilliant service, highly recommend! =)

I originally booked this London thistle Hotel because I wanted to enjoy the spa service alongside as its a treat prior to my wedding with my bridesmaids... I can not comment on the treatment service as I didnt recieve treatments... But the customer service I recieved at this heath aroma spa was poorly... The spa Owner Galia was absolutely rude and has no respect or slight politeness in her approach in the few occasions I called to speak with her regarding bookings. I myself am a beauty therapist and know that you should never speak to client with such aggressive tone or manner. would I come back to this spa??? NO. would I recomend this place to you? NO
