- masseuse wordlessly and suddenly left the massage half way through to answer the phone. She did not wash her hands or use hand santiser when she returned.
- masseuse did not know the name of the massage she was giving me. It felt very odd (compared to normal Swedish or deep tissue massages) and it hurt. I had to ask her to stop rubbing hard over my spine and bones. I wondered if she had been trained properly.
In general there was no conversation about what massage I wanted or whether I had any injuries to know about.
