I have been without email for a week. The online chat is pointless. I asked for updates/status reports to be sent to my Hotmail address but that didn't happen. Spent 45 minutes for an answer to "when will my email be available" before giving up in disgust. The problem is caused, apparently by a hardware failure. Therefore their system does not have inbuilt fault tolerance so, if you depend on a service provider, look elsewhere.

If I say it is the best Digital Marketing Agency in UK, it won't be an exaggeration. Onboarding was difficult, I would be candid on that, because they focus on international clients. Yet, I had a great experience after they took on my project. Since onboarding with them, I have never had any problem with the team. The guys are good listeners, and excellent action takers. For instance, Google was deindexing my e-commerce product pages for reasons unknown to me. I posted for help in all those Facebook groups and so on, but finally Navicosoft listened to my problem and provided an excellent solution. Not only are my products indexed again, but also I have experienced an upward trajectory of sales and conversions on Google analytics. I couldn't be more happy.
