DO NOT CHOOSE BEE INSURED FOR CAR INSURANCE. I paid for my insurance 6 weeks ago, and after A LOT of needless back and forth, it was confirmed. 5 weeks later and I still don't have my documents, despite them saying I should have them in a day or two. They promise to resend them first class post but i still havent received anything. They then tell me I need to sign something, when I respond asking what, I get no response. When I ask them in four separate emails spread over a week asking for clarification on where my documents are, what I need to sign and so on, I get no response. An absolutely ridiculous, neglectful experience. They take your money then essentially give up on you. Severe lack of organisation, customer service and communication. If it's a case of saving 50 to go with these, don't do it.
