After an accident at work I instructed NV legal to assist me in my claim, from the first instance both Nick and Victoria were both excellent, very competent in their line of work and kept me up to date with absolutely everything, my case wasn't the easiest but they lept over every hurdle the opposition tried to throw and certainly without their help and expertise I wouldn't be in the position I am now with the claim settled. Victoria and Nick Davies at NV Legal fully supported my father with an accident claim for my stepmother. Throughout the claim process, my father and stepmother were always fully informed of developments, and advised on the care and support my stepmother could claim. She sadly passed away during the process, and Victoria continued to work with my father and myself to process the claim to full settlement. I dealt mainly with Victoria Davies who was excellent. She was extremely efficient without being patronising. I felt very relaxed when speaking to her, she certainly knew her stuff. When I did deal with Nick Davies he was very knowledgeable and helpful and the two of them were very professional but also very approachable.
