        I phoned to seek help as our solicitors advised we would exchange in September and we are now in November and having to move into an airbnb because our solicitor has taken annual leave before helping us close on our new home. Carmen, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and kind at a time that is very stressful. A big Thank You to Carmen for being supportive and for making my day a little bit easier.
