Avoid these guys, complete waste of time. Put an offer on a house I was selling on the strength of being procedable. They were not. They wasted 3 months of my time and cost me 1000s. If they offer to buy your property run the other way.

Absolutely Shambles of a organisation, made a offer on our property. Prolonged the purchase and left us without a tenant in the property for 4 mths. Un-trustworthy, and surprised they can be called a professional company. Absolute Cowboys!! Avoid at all costs, sell your property cheaper, but avoid them
