Do yourself a favour and chose somewhere else to live. Any other property developer will be better than this band of pirates. Having lived here since April 20, Ive had numerous encounters with these clowns, from their rough around the edges security to the board of directors. Their company culture is so engraved throughout that you have no hope of expecting a pleasant and luxurious service interaction. From the constant slew of construction staff in our corridor in no PPE, to permanently broken residents lift, to sliding doors missing insulation panels - everything was at first a blank refusal to help and after pushing you will essentially be told to sit down and shut up. London has a wealth of luxury apartment buildings that are ran by much more reputable developers - go for those instead.
