Wie gesagt kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, um diese Mngel unmittelbar abstellen lassen zu knnen. Telefonisch niemand erreichbar. Und E-Mail wurde stark zeitverzgert beantwortet. Weder das Hotel noch EXPEDIA sahen hier einen Bedarf fr Kulanz. NIE WIEDER SONDER BZW. EXPEDIA!! The water in the shower malfunctions, it comes alternating scorching hot and freezing cold for a few seconds each no matter which temperature you select. We reported it thought the app immediately at 9am and since then we only received lots of messages saying someone from maintenance would come. First at 10h, then 11:30, then 12:15. It's 12:30 now, we called them aa well and it was obvious that it's an external call center with no direct action power running the claims. Cette salle de bain est un cauchemar: odeur nausabonde, qui, si on laisse la porte ouverte envahie toute la pice, de plus l'vier tait bouch. Rapport qualit/prix trs faible vu ces conditions, mme en tant au dernier tage, on avait l'impression d'tre dans la rue avec les voitures tellement mal isol. Bonne situation gographique malgr tout.
