        AVOID at all cost. AVOID. Arranged and agreed to install my washing machine on Christmas Eve but failed to turn up leaving me with a washing machine in the middle of my kitchen on Christmas Day with 20 guests expected. Totally unacceptable. Unfortunately I cannot leave zero stars.
