My boiler stopped working late evening and Commercial Gas Boiler Services arrived within the hour and fixed the problem by 11:30pm. They were fast to react to my emergency call out and were friendly, polite and kept me informed about what was wrong and how they fixed it. Good emergency response. Recommended.

I would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone on CGBS team, especially Thad, Russel and Tony! They were extremely professional and efficient. We had a big issue with our boiler and it was very hard to source the correct professionals to fix it. From day one, their team was extremely supportive and everything was fixed in a very timely manner. Both the service and customer support were excellent, definitely 5 stars. They were always available and made sure the experience was the best possible. Thank you very much for this! I highly recommend their services.

I called them as my boiler was faulty. The engineer arrived when he said would. Great service have saved number incase of needing them again

We used commercial gas and boiler services to fix our broken boiler and would not recommend them. They are very expensive, do your research before calling them. Our engineer was very friendly but could not fix our boiler. We were sent an estimate for the repair which was ridiculously high, they were charging 95 for a part that costs 25. A company that exploits people like this should be avoided imo. We carried out the repair elsewhere and the issue was actually misdiagnosed unfortunately. Final bill more than 200 for nothing.
