Humanscale

Went to the showroom with my wife today, to find an office chair that fits her short height. We were both very impressed by the showroom itself and the furniture on display, but what really made the experience perfect was the level of service we received from Lizzie and Matt. Very knowledgeable and friendly. If you want to talk ergonomics, they have you fully covered. We ended up ordering a brand new Freedom chair thanks to the excellent experience they provided. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed. Terrible service. I bought humanscale in April 2019 and two months ago the chair lost some screw. I asked for Humanscale service and after over a month and few request they never responded. I am very disappointed and considering the price/value paid I do not recommend this brand

The long guarantee means NOTHING if you can't use it because they don't reply to you. So please don't buy this premium priced chair expecting a premium service. You will NOT receive that. Love my chair but it broke after 2 years. But THE HS service is absymal. Luckily I bought it from John Lewis so they chased them up for me to which they eventually replied. I saw the email chain and even they had to wait for a response. HS have yet to reply to me when I've contacted them directly. They also don't have a contact number. Don't waste your money on an expensive chair from HS because eventually you will need to get it fixed and my chair is unusable until it's fixed and they don't care once they've sold it.

Not only are the chairs amazingly comfortable (I cant live without my chair, which is now over two years old) but also customer service is fantastic. I needed a part replaced (covered by the companies amazing guarantee) and within a couple of days an engineer delivered and fitted the part - very professional. Big thank you to Humanscale, especially Paul (UK Engineering Operations Manager) and Kevin (Engineer). If you are sitting on the fence about purchasing a chair - all I can say from personal experience is that its a great investment and highly recommended.
