Customer service is rubbish no one picking up it a shame I will go with stripe. If you cant cope with customer work load outsourcing may be a better option because this is bad. When you dealing with money you need to have better service than this. I would advised everybody not to use the service until the customer service has been improved. maybe go with all-day PA if youre trying to save money. I did leave 3 to 4 voice messages please dont bother get in contact with me by phone.

Do not do business with this company. They flood your email inbox with spam. Ive asked them repeatedly to remove me from their email list. Theres no way to unsubscribe. Now Im trying to close my account through the process on their website and now theyre emailing me asking for permission to close the account. Ive told their support multiple times to close the account and to stop emailing me, yet they will not stop.

First off, I don't write bad reviews.. but this company has pushed me too far. I signed up for their service as a payment processing through XERO. Well, XERO didn't fit my needs so I closed my account with them and Go Cardless and switched to QuickBooks. Go Cardless will not stop emailing me. Despite multiple requests and I even completed their bogus process of "Closing the Account" through a form on their website, which then turned into them emailing multiple times to confirm that I was closing the account. I finally got confirmation that account was closed (from Hamish and team). The next day I get an email from Victoria (whose actual name is JO???) that she'll be helping me with onboarding.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I have asked this company and their support teams at least 10 times to stop emailing me. They continue to flood my inbox. If you block one account, they'll use a different account to reach you. There's no end in sight. Some random will reply to this review saying "Oh we don't see your account listed with us". This company is unethical and I urge anyone thinking to do business with them to not put yourself through that headache. CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND STOP EMAILING ME.
