I am trying to have my daughters belongings delivered sin july 2021 and they do not answer! Today I called and they answered by text saying they would contact me back soon but they didnt. What should I do? There is no other phone and they have not answered our emails.. they kept answering whatsapp messages and said they were really sorry and that they were not able to find my daughters belongings and asked for a detailed list with price per item (whic I sent) so as to reumburse us BUT HE IS NOW JUST NOT ANSWERING ANY MESSAGES

Absolutely disgusting company!! My son got his storage back after paying 270, his TV was smashed and all his plates, bowls etc also broken. Do not use this company. Its a waste of money. Poor uni students that have to then spend more money to replace the broken items

cons: lack of communication from staff - do not pick up phones or answer emails. missing items from delivery late delivery I had to also purchase more things - like kitchenware and other household items whilst I waited. pros: sturdy large boxes, which were packed carefully. can deliver to anywhere in the UK, not sure about worldwide. flexible delivery dates stored belongings for 7 months I understand that due to the current situation, some companies will be slower in providing services, but the stress is not worth it.
