Flight Club Shoreditch

This is the second time I am experiencing bad service at the Flight Club. The first bad experience was at the one in Islington which was last year. It was our friends birthday and they closed the kitchen without informing us and cancelled our food order without informing us. So we decided to give the Flying Club another chance at a different location. However, the experience at the Shoreditch was even worse. We ordered for a few beers and we asked for tap beers. The server did not inform us that the ones we ordered werent available in tap. He got us bottles and when we asked him that we ordered for tap, he informed us that they do not carry tap version of those. We politely asked if they could replace the ones with tap beer and the server agreed. Later, he came and informed us that they are unable to replace them so we kept the beers that we didnt even order. Moments after that, the manager Mr. Luca came to us and he started shouting at us that he will throw us out if we were rude to the servers, when we were never even rude. We asked our server later if he felt that we were rude, he said no not at all. The manager came and shouted at us, ruined our evening for no reason at all. We were nothing but polite and civil throughout the entire time but this was a clear case of racism. The manager was explicitly rude and racist towards us when we were not at fault in any way. I do not recommend this place at all.

You don't have to be a good darts player for this. It's a good laugh for all levels. Decent snacks and a good choice of drinks.
