I have been waiting for my Order for Possession for over 4 months now and in those 4 months, I have chased and chased and chased until my wit's end and guess what? To no avail.
So ironic that we as User's and Claimants HAVE to be prompt with timing and meeting deadlines. If delayed by one day then a claim can easily be struck out which then (surprise surprise) costs more money to reinstate. But, the Court and the staff/representatives/back office staff have absolutely no respect nor consideration whatsoever for the timeline that we may be on ourselves! Double standards across the whole board.
We have written in. We have emailed. We have phoned in. I personally have been on hold most mornings for near enough 2 hours. When someone does answer, they put me on hold to open their system and when they go to retrieve our call, the line will cut off with no-one calling back despite my number being given to them. This has happened on numerous occasions. We have adhered to all their published timelines and considered it (obviously we have no option otherwise). Yet, still no response.
The only way to get Tenants out is via the Courts' system. The Courts' system can take up to a year (even more in some cases) for a straightforward possession claim. No responses in between when asked. So what are we honestly supposed to do???
Worst system in the world by a country mile!

The court expects us to be on time with responses but this court has not got any facilities to talk to the court or at least get a response to an urgent matter, disgraceful that we have to put up with this type of service.
Since then have written two registered letters to the court issuing complaints that the claimants filed their statements late despite the judge issuing fixed dates and times for these to be filed, nothing was done about these late filings nor did we receive any replies from the court. What is the point of issuing a court order when they are ignored?
