I really dont understand all of the negative reviews here - Wayfair have always been excellent with their delivery with me. I mean they cant guarantee a time but its always arrived and their customer service is definitely one of the best I have ever received. Theres always someone to talk to, you get through really quickly and theyre all incredibly helpful. I spoke with Alva today who is based in Dublin, and if her accent didnt pacify me enough (not that it needed it in the first place) she was an absolute dream to deal with. Full marks totally!! Ive not a bad word to say, and in fact the complete opposite - especially on the face of so many companies that dont provide any customer service at all, let alone a phone line. Love them! If I were another homewares store Id marry them - if theyd take me

I have been ordering from Wayfair for years and suddenly they just barred me from ordering claiming they cannot fulfill my orders given my past history probably because of some returns and have black listed my address and name Theyre really awful on customer service and over priced products I have found exactly same products online cheaper somewhere else Very bad customer service

I have been waiting for a console table since 8/4/24 DHL stated on tracking information that it was delivered, but they only took a picture of a white car. I then requested for the item to be delivered on 13/4/23 but to no avail, still no delivery. Ever day since the 9/4/23 I have been calling wayfair, each time I have been told that they will follow it up and escalate it - as of today I'm still waiting. I have made numerous of calls and nothing on the tracking system has been updated . That's a nice way to treat customers

Be aware of this SCAMMERS!!!! Bought a 24 pieces dinner set, received 16 pieces dinner set with half broken now they are organising collection but wont refund my money until reaches the warehouse.. so miss-sold an item, delivered it broken and now I dont have my money or what I bought stay away

5 weeks after ordering my sofa the company cancelled my order and offered no coherent explanation as to why. My first order came twice. Seems to be an operational mess of a company. Stay clear!
