    Glenn from fast gardener was excellent. It was really easy to book online. On the day of the work Glenn couldn't complete the job due to the weather conditions but he called to re-arrange this work at the earliest point, sent me before and after photos once complete and removed all of the rubbish. I would definitely recommend his services.

    I booked a visit by Fast Gardener and was quoted 50 for 2 hrs work. Seemed fair. I uploaded a couple of photos of my (very small) front garden and sent a message that I needed a hedge and 2 small trees trimmed. I didn't get any response. The day of the gardening visit came and the gardener called me to confirm a time. We agreed 11 am to 12 am (i.e. 2 hrs = 1 hr x 2 gardeners). I mentioned that I'd posted some photos of the garden but he didn't seem to be aware of this or particularly interested. He turned up an hour late. I had to go out but, to be fair, the work was good and met expectations. I then received notification from Fast Gardener that they had added an additional hour to the charge (i.e. 3 hours). My wife, who had been working at home, saw the gardeners sitting in their vehicle and on their mobile phones at 1:20. My issues with the Fast Gardener service are a) If a customer bothers to post images of the garden and a description of the work to be done then at least have the courtesy to view them and either confirm or change the quote b) If the gardener is going to be late then call the customer so that they can either reschedule or make alternative arrangements c) The gardener is incentivised to extend their allocated time because clearly they charge a full hour for part thereof. On this basis they could charge a full hour if they only worked 1 minute of it! d) If Fast Gardener is going to increase the quote then make sure that this is communicated and validated by the customer. As mentioned above, I'm happy with the work but will not be using Fast Gardener services again as I think customer service is extremely poor and their charging system open to abuse.

    Gardener was great the first time, but fastgardener as a service is quite bad. To be fair to them, there's quite a good few things about the website and ease of ordering a gardener. However the second visit I had from my gardener was not great, he only worked 2 hours instead of 3 and upon disputing this I was told that the gardener said he worked 3 so couldn't get my money back there. No regard for what the customer says and fast gardener just trusted the gardener's word for it and disregarded mine. Also there were a couple occasions where unexplained transactions were taken from my account, and I had to get a refund the first time, and was refused a refund the second time. Very inconsistent service and communication from the team. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the service was great from the gardener the first time, but turns out he wasn't telling the truth as to the number of hours he worked the second time and the fast gardener team took his side. Cancelled service and will never use again as a result
