    Home Heat UK LTD provided excellent service. Our boiler was serviced and repaired by a worker. He was courteous and got the job done quickly. Within 24 hours of reporting the event, an appointment was set up.

    I was glad when the plumber from Home HeatUK LTD arrived at the beginning of the specified time window earlier than I had anticipated. He prepared my heating system for the next winter in a courteous and competent manner. He advised me to clean my old galvanised steel pipes with Home Heat UK LTD after I was finished. I intend to follow the advise because I've been a customer of the company for a number of years and think the work is of excellent quality and the costs are reasonable.

    Awful company. The engineer who came to the property even advised not to use this company in the future and explained his services were a fraction of the cost I was actually paying. On the phone i was advised i would have a year in which any callouts would be free and this would cost me no money and assured it would not renew automatically. This was a lie and the policy automatically renewed without any email or confirmation (the companies terms and conditions clearly states if a policy is due to renew you will be emailed about this 28 days prior). Unable to reach the company on the phone so cancelled through my bank, was then contacted by someone from the company who had possibly some of the worst customer service manner I've ever experienced. Do not use this company if you can avoid it.
