DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LAPTOP WITH CLERKENWELL MACS Dropped my laptop off on 2 May 2022. After months of trying to even arrange a date to meet up, which Justin cancelled last minute on multiple occasions, still havent got my laptop back.

Justin came and collected 2 laptops and 3 mini iPads in January 2021, we had the laptops fixed and returned, they were paid for we were very happy with the service. The iPads were going to be fixed when certain part came in at a later date. After nearly a year of trying to contact them they said they had lost them in the move but had located them and will send them to me. It has now been 18 months and they have stopped answering my emails and phone calls. Unsure what to do as my 3 children now have no iPads that they thought they were having fixed. We bought the iPads as a present for the children now I feel like we have been robbed. Its upsetting and I really dont know what to do?

My daughters Mac was completely dead after an accidental spill of water in her keyboard, THANK YOU Clerkenwell Macs for fixing it overnight, it now works perfectly again!

A huge thank you to Justin at Clerkenwell Macs!!! I have an old 2012 Macbook Pro that by all accounts should be in the grave by now. I took it to Clerkenwell Macs and they turned around the repair in no time at all. I'm thrilled to be back up and running. You guys are the best and I can't thank you enough :)

TRUST IN JUSTIN My Mac book is very happy and healed, thanks to this place! Id had an ordeal with my laptop after a water spillage and a bad experience with another Mac place. Justin was super communicative and clear. Dealt with it really quickly, got me the best price, 12 month warranty and was a friendly human. I would definitely go to this place again (or though hopefully I wont need to).
