Balance Coffee

Frankly (and very sadly) disgraceful. I got a subscription with monthly deliveries as a gift. The first beans were inexplicably shipped 18 days too early, the second batch arrived almost a month early. As a result Im sitting on more coffee than I can drink, and the quality will have suffered by the time I get to it. Customer service has been bizarre: The explanation was aimed at Royal Mail Delays. Surely the solution for a (supposedly premium) product is to choose a more reliable service, rather than shop several pounds of coffee weeks too early and take the hit on quality? My partner was offered 15% on future orders as a gesture of goodwill - rather insulting given the very expensive prices charged. Needless to say there wont be any future orders. There are plenty of great roasters in the UK worth supporting, this is not one of them.

Impressed by their ethos, ordered the coffee online almost a week ago - still waiting for it to arrive! Even paid for the 24h tracking - waste of money!

Really big fan of this coffee, i've been getting deliveries for a few months now which has been really convenient. It's super tasty and the perfect way to start the morning!

My first order of this coffee. Being a coffee lover for over 16 years I am always open to try new blends and new brands and to support other businesses as well. Had an issue with the delivery by Royal Mail but it arrived accordingly and been supported by the business owner in this matter which I highly appreciate. The coffee is amazing. It is definitely something else on the market. I have my own coffee rituals in the morning and the photo speaks for itself. Will definitely come back to Balance Coffee and with this in mind I highly recommend Balance Coffee with full confidence and gratitude!
