Kelsang is a tailor Ive been going to for years - hes reliable, quick, reasonable, and talented. He has often done me the kindness of fixing things that are really minor without any judgment, and even though I think every time I walk through his door he probably thinks, why doesnt she just buy trousers that fit her???? hes never said as much. Hes a wonderful and community oriented tailor and a real asset to the area.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT use this tailors, an absolutely terrible experience. They have had my item since August after failing to make the very small adjustments which meant I had to buy a new outfit for 2 different weddings. I can't get hold of anyone on the phone, have left several voicemail messages and can only assume that I will never get my dress back. We had arranged back in September that I would come to pick it up on a particular date but they were then closed. Since then I have not been able to speak to anybody, despite calling at least once a week during opening hours and leaving voicemails. Incredibly frustrating, dishonest and unprofessional. DO NOT USE.
