This company have still not paid a supplier from 1 year ago. They owe LoveMissCupcakes for 30 boxes of cupcakes which she hand delivered all over London and even further. Disgusting. They are ignoring her and don't have the decency to contact or respond

Don't waste your time or money with Payal. We met them at a wedding event and they took the time to ask about us and what we were looking for. We spent almost 45 minutes with them. Tried to follow up and book them for our wedding but nobody responded to my call or emails. I was told time and time again that someone would respond but I've heard nothing. I've now decided to move on to another catering company but I'm glad I didn't go with Payal. Absolute time wasters - if they can't respond to a simple enquiry I'd hate to think what they would be like to work with on a wedding day. They clearly do not value their customers and we will certainly not be recommending them to anybody - in fact we will be encouraging people to stay away!

Payal events have always been an amazing company to work with. We used their catering services for our wedding in May and they were absolutely incredible! Sean was heading the team and the amount of love, effort and laughs he gave us up until the very end of the wedding really made their services that much more special. Thank you so much for serving the most yummiest food at our wedding and listening to our numerous changes and tweaks! Everyone absolutely loved the food and we absolutely love Sean

The team from Payal were absolutely brilliant. I am truly proud to say that of all the weddings I've been to, the food was the best at our own. Even the pickiest of eaters had clean plates, and many guests asked for second servings at the reception. The drinks were out of this world, and ensured that our guests had a very good time. We planned our wedding in less than four months, and could not have picked a more supportive caterer. The team were helpful from the very beginning, with choosing our menus, arranging a tasting on short notice and making sure we truly felt special on our day. They do their jobs with such enthusiasm that it's hard not to smile when you speak to them. A special thanks to Priya and Lee-Anne for helping us through the planning stages and being patient with our many menu change requests. An extra special thanks to Sameer, our on the day event manager for being the best hype-man, and for those vodka shots before our first dance. Thank you Payal, we're gutted we can't have another wedding so we can do it all over again! You guys are the best in the business.

Would like to say a massive thank you to Lee-Anne at Payal for liaising with us throughout this pandemic and helping us through the multiple changes to our wedding day. The team on the day were fantastic in making sure the whole process was stress free and running like clockwork. The food was delicious and the service from the waiting staff was excellent from start to finish!
