I was looked after by Omar for the first time a little over a few weeks ago one weekday morning in the middle of a terrible rainstorm with flooded streets and a public transport paralysed in London. There was no delay to the start of my appointment, Omar welcomed me, listened very carefully to my clumsy mumble and even looked at all the stock images I used as reference to the style and look of the cut and trim I was hoping to receive at his hands. Even after having had to endure the lengthy and possibly confusing show and tell from myself struggling to paint a picture of the desired outcome after the cut Omar remained calm and never seemed to have lost his patience with whenever I interrupted him in the process with directions about where I hoped he could take the cut and trim from there. He never seemed distracted by my nervous rambles and fidgetry and didn't stop until he was certain I was happy with the look. He took his time with me, I never felt like it was a rushed appointment, was very friendly, attentive and kept me in the loop through the whole process. Despite having had to deal with someone with trust issues over underwhelming barber experiences in the past Omar won me over with the high level of care, attention and patience he displayed the whole time and just like I told him at the end he's gotten the closest to making me look exactly like I knew I could look but could never properly express or explain to someone on the other side of the chair. Easily the best and most friendly barbers in the area - Omar does an excellent fade. 10/10, have recommended to a number of friends.
