        Just popped in to deposit a cheque. The slowest service ever. Feels like time has stopped. No self service machines!

        Worst customer service ever! Spent 30 mins waiting to pay cash in with only 2 people in front of me as always only one cashier in this branch who was going at a snails pace absolutely ridiculous for a bank based in the city!

        Very disappointed with this branch: 1.One cashier at the tills. 2. Only one ATM/ paying-in machine inside branch which does not work. This branch is in the City full of busy professionals who may need to access their bank quickly (say at lunchtime). If you only have one cashier at the tills and a customer takes even just 30 mins with that one cashier, thats very frustrating for the other people in line who popped in their very limited lunch breaks. Please upgrade this branch to cater for the needs of busy city workers as currently the branch is operating as if its in a very quiet village in the countryside. And why was the branch at Cheapside closed?

        Terrible branch. Both ATMs outside don't work and look like they've been out of use for about 20 years. I went inside and it was one of the most depressing bank branches I've ever been in
