Patalab Architecture

We worked with Patalab on a rather challenging extension project concerning the total available space, impact on neighbours, council regulations etc. They truly deserve their 5 stars. Extremely professional team in terms of communication and reliability on timelines. Everyone we worked with was very competent. Importantly, they are very honest about what is possible (and what may not), and then come up with very creative and high quality solutions. Totally recommended.

As a construction project manager I have worked with several architects over the years. Patalab have a fantastic approach that combines passion for design, technical knowledge and economic understanding. Finding all three qualities within one architectural practice is very rare. We will continue to use them for future projects.

I have been working with Patalab for nearly 10 years now and we utilise their services for our portfolio of over 100 blocks of period, Grade II listed flats in respect of their planning advice. Uwe and his team have advised us and have carried out multiple planning applications for the portfolio and I have never been disappointed with their work and their professionalism. We asked Patalab to help us with a significant transformation of our home. Given the initial challenges of multiple partitioned rooms and low ceiling height, Patalab offered imaginative yet ambitious designs that exceeded even our greatest expectations. From their initial conception drawings to final plans, they were competent, realistic and clever in their ideas, producing a wonderful scheme. We greatly appreciated their technical expertise, attention to detail and diligent organisation, making the project so easy for us as clients. Uwe and Sophie were friendly, approachable, responsive and professional throughout. Personally, we have no doubt for our future renovation projects, there are no other architects we would even consider.
