The water is never a consistent temperature, and sometimes theres no hot water. The laundry machine does not dry clothes, there are bugs in the bathroom, and the apartment is overall very outdated. The cleaning staff is great though.

This place had some things I liked, but I definitely wouldn't recommend living here. I lived in Tower 1 for three months in the fall. Pros: lovely weekly cleaners, lots of windows, great location (close to Angel station), love how there's a 24-hour convenience store on the ground floor. Cons: really uncomfortable mattresses, sticky floors, we were missing a few kitchen appliances in my flat, bathroom fans hardly worked, drawers in wardrobes were broken or missing, rooms were tiny, poor communication with maintainence (it would take MANY emails to get help from the landlord), sticky walls in the lift/elevator, and the wifi was extremely unreliable. We also had balconies but the landlord locked them due to "an incident that deeply affects him", only for me to later find out that the balconies were locked because someone dropped an empty beer can off the balcony one time. I just wanted to drink tea on my balcony so I offered to sign a waiver to go out there, but the landlord refused. Overall, I did NOT like living here and wouldn't recomend it to anyone. I sympathize with the landlord since he had to manage all the buildings due to staff budget cuts from covid, but living in the ability towers sucked. Living in London is expensive, but you definitely don't get what you pay for in this building.

If there was a way to give less than one star, I would. This is easily the worst apartment I've ever stayed in. When I moved in, it took an hour and a half to get my keys. The apartment is small and run down. It's dirty and there are bugs, despite the cleaning service. The appliances are run down. The glass divider in my shower keeps moving out of the frame and I'm worried it will fall out. It's also insanely hot with no way of adjusting.
