        Beautiful architecture and design. External yard is an open passage way (from 8am to 5pm during winter and 6pm during summer) for the public to cross over & anyone can enjoy lunch or just a sit down on the benches provided that they dont litter, Smoking is prohibited in the sitting area, olive trees sit in huge pots around the yeard. A couple of companies occupy the building. 4 Pay Parking bays available on Epworth street and On Tabernacle st. 2 loading bays availavle on Epworth st. Tabernacle street is a single yellow line street, used by many delivery drivers for quick drop offs. Parking is chargelable from 8am until 18.30 during the week, and until 13.30 on Saturday. 2h maximum stay.
