        The most appalling management and membership team. Completely useless. Not sure why they are always either closed or on training not worth the qualification

        I am giving a 5 star review for Andrea from CIMA support team, she sorted out my issue within 10 minutes like a star!!

        Unable to process transcripts to redeem exemptions, customer services do not reply to emails! Now considering changing to another qualification such as ACCA or ICAEW to qualify as accountant as CIMA don't process transcripts or respond to anything. After reading the reviews many other students are also redeem any expansions to continue on and complete the CIMA Professional Qualification. SEE ACCA or ICAEW CIMA do not respond to any calls emails or communication.

        I am sad to say that I am an associate member of this institute and the level of service they offer is almost non-existent . Never return your calls or get back to you with an answer. Have to call them at least 3 times to get anything resolved. Very poor customer care !!
