        Me post is taking up to 2 weeks to get to my home address at Seething from Norwich Which is only 8 miles or 15 round trip to sorting offices

        Absolute crooks. Charge for a medium parcel when the parcel clearly fits in a small parcel box. Even put it in the small parcel box in front of me then told me it didn't fit in there.

        Just come back from a wasted journey, the post office opening hours haven't been updated. The hours have changed due to the total fiasco of it moving or rather NOT moving. For info, the new opening times are Monday Wednesday and Friday.
